The more information you give us, the fewer questions we have to ask, and thus the faster we can solve the problem for you! If you need a suggestion for a free way to record videos of your screen, we highly recommend Loom.

  • Please only submit this form once per issue. You do not need to follow up via email in addition to submitting a report. This can delay the process by moving your message to the end of our inbox.
