020. #1 Way to Increase Party Sales (even Facebook parties!) as a Direct Seller
[0:58] Well hello how good afternoon good morning happy Tuesday or happy whatever day it is that you're listening to this if you're listening to it after the air date. I'm so glad you're here thanks for coming back and listening to another episode of the build it like a business podcast really excited about today's episode and this one is for my sister's and direct sales we're going to talk about increasing profits and sales at your parties and yes even your online parties this has definitely been something that's come up a lot recently especially with moving businesses from around the kitchen table inside people's homes to the online space whether you're doing your parties through Zoom, or you're doing them through Facebook or maybe your company has some type of online party portal something like that wherever it is that you're doing online parties. It all comes down to. Creating relationships and creating custom connections with your customers but also with that you are a business and so it does also come down too selling and actually bringing in income for your business and then in turn your family and your life and the things that you started your business in order to fund so I'm really excited to talk about this today.
[2:17] I know that sometimes talking about money can be a little bit awkward, often have been taught our whole lives that if we want money we are greedy or we are trying too hard or just all these negative things around making money and talking about money and it's like this thing that's supposed to be hush-hush but I just don't think that it should be that way and so I want to take the time to really talk about a simple strategy that you can use to help increase those sales at your party but also keeping in mind that this is a way to do it.
[2:54] Ethically this is a way to increase sales in a way that's respectful to your customers and I just want to bust that myth right now that talking about money, wanting to make money by prioritizing money in your business you are not saying that you are greedy you're not acting in a way that isn't ethical you are a business businesses make money if you're not making money it's a hobby right like your hobbies cost something businesses make something so we're going to go into this today knowing that. It's important to make money in your business and we're also going to go into it saying that we want to make sure that our customers are always number one that everything we do is run through the filter of how can I better my customers experience how can I do better by my customer while also making money in my business so let's go ahead and Dive Right In.
[3:51] So the strategy that I want to talk about today is something called pre profiling and this is basically when you learn about your customer or the guests that are going to be attending your party and again when I say party today I am talking about online parties Facebook Zoom whatever and I'm also talking about your in-person party so no matter where you're at in your business like this is for you you can take this and you can use it anywhere and, I also like going off on a tangent now but also if you've heard of the term pre profiling before and you have some thoughts about it I want you to stick with me and listen because I'm going to teach you a way to do it that's easier then how it's normally taught and we'll talk about that but anyway.
[4:33] For anyone who doesn't know what pre profiling is pre profiling is when you learn about your customer before the party when you learn about the guest the people who is attending your party. Before the party ever actually starts. So that so with the intention of showing them products based on their actual needs their actual interest.
[4:54] Basically when you show somebody products that directly relate to their interest they solve a problem that that specific customer has your chances of making a sale increase exponentially and not only do your chances of making a sale go up but also the order value goes up so the likelihood of that order going up in value in total dollar amount increases as well so that's why.
[5:22] Pre profiling is such an important strategy and such an effective one when it comes to direct sales specifically.
[5:31] Now I'm also going to throw this out there because I know that I have a mixed crowd who listening to the build like a business podcast and so you might be listening to this. As an online business owner or even somebody with an in-person business or another service based type of service based business. And I want to encourage you to stick around because I think that you can still get something from this episode pre profiling is really all about just getting to know your customer and then serving them based on what they actually need. It's the idea of instead of guessing what somebody wants to see or showing them what you think. Is best you're going to show them what is actually most relevant to them so if you're a service provider this means that you're going to learn about your customers so that you can. Give them services that they actually want so that you can craft your services in a way that makes them feel like the star of the show that makes them feel like their needs are really being met if you're an online business owner selling digital products and means, really finding out about your customers and listening to your customers and getting feedback and understanding what they're looking for so that you can create those products that solve exactly what they need so.
[6:44] I'm going to be talking about this in the context of direct sales of network marketing but if you're an online business owner if you are a product-based business service based business stick around because I definitely think that you can learn from this concept as well, now in the direct sales World pre profiling is traditionally or it has for many many many years basically involved calling every single guest and asking them a series of questions so like.
[7:14] Back in the day when direct sales first became a thing which is probably around the 50s if I am remembering right the. Consultant or the direct seller would have gotten a guest list from their hostess. Their customer that's hosting the party and then they would have called each and every individual person on that guest list had a chance to talk to them ask them some questions gotten to know them a little bit, and that worked at First like years ago that was a really great strategy before cell phones before texting before Facebook Messenger before all of these instant, like nonverbal ways of communicating.
[7:59] It worked because that was the norm for back then however I think it's very rare and I think most people will agree. That's someone's going to pick up their phone for an unknown number. And most likely if you are a direct seller and your calling one of your guests at a party your number is going to be unknown to them which means probably not going to answer your call so that's a little awkward it's a little bit of a waste of time they're probably not going to call you back they don't want to sales pitch and soap reprofiling for a while felt like it was fizzling out, which is unfortunate because as we already talked about getting to know your customers before you ever show them a product is absolutely crucial to increasing sales it makes you more likely to get a sale and it makes your order value go up so.
[8:51] What do we do in a time when pre profiling feels like it's fizzling out because no one's answering the phone no one's responding to voicemails but we need to also increase sales and we know that this is an effective strategy what do we do.
[9:05] Well we take that same strategy and we start doing it digitally we upgrade it we level it up he's start making it into a more modern practice that follows the standards of 2021 and Beyond instead of calling people we start doing it via text we start doing it via messages.
[9:26] But I want to even take it a step further than that because just like people don't respond to a voice mail from an unknown number just like people don't answer the phone when a nun phone no number calls them it's a little awkward to get a text from someone you don't know as well, so today I'm talking about an upgraded version of pre profiling where you actually don't have to do it yourself. You can have your Hostess pre profile for you. Now part of why this is such an incredible way to profile while this is really a leveled up version of pre profiling is because.
[10:02] It actually works better than calling someone and talking to them yourself and that's because your hostess already has a connection with the people she's talking to so where you would have been essentially cold calling you would have been picking up the phone and calling someone that you don't know you've never talked to you before you don't have a connection you don't have a relationship instead your Hostess is going to be connecting with them and they're her friends they wouldn't be coming to her party online or otherwise if they didn't already know her if they didn't have some type of established connection a relationship of some kind already and so this is incredibly powerful because right off the bat your guest is more likely to take action if someone she already has a relationship with is asking her to do it. So she's more likely to actually do what she needs to do to pre profile herself.
[10:58] If her friend is giving her this call to action versus you a stranger asking her to do something. So I want to go ahead and cover two separate parts of pre profiling today.
[11:09] First I want to talk about how to actually do it so physically what are the actions what are the steps that you need to take in order to profile your guests. And then the second thing that I want to talk about is what questions you actually need to be asking your guests so that you can get to know them because, questions do need to be strategic that strategy that you use is what's going to really help increase those sales because the more strategic or questions are the more information you can glean from them and then you can use that information to make sure that you're showing the absolute best products for that specific person and their specific needs at your parties alright let's start by talking about how you actually profile how do we do this. And since online parties and Facebook parties are really the way things are going right now most people are using online parties let's go ahead and do this in the context of the online part I'm going to use that as an example and just know you can take everything I'm going to show you today and you can apply it to an in-person party. But since so many people are working online right now I'm going to go ahead and use that as the example for the purpose of this conversation.
[12:23] So before doing anything else the first thing you need to do is make sure that you've got your system setup for your online.
[12:29] Most people are doing online parties in Facebook groups so we'll use that for this example because it's most common so in this case you would go on Facebook you to set up your Facebook group to your party you know update your banner, whatever you need like make your Facebook group all nice and good and ready for your Hostess and then you're going to go ahead and you're going to text your Hostess and you're going to say okay I just set up your private Facebook group so you can go ahead and invite your friends, I have a super simple copy and paste text invitation that all send over in just a sec. Do you have time to send this to 20 friends on Facebook. Or send it to them via text within the next 24 hours it should only take about 10 minutes or less.
[13:12] Now I want you to think about how I just said that I wasn't demanding anything I wasn't telling her like right everyone's name down and give me all their information like I wasn't laying down the law or telling her what to do. It was a very casual message it was comfortable it tells her exactly what I'm looking for which in this example was 20 friends. 24 hours it tells her what she needs to do which she needs to either message them or she needs to text them and it even lets her know hey I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to say so you don't have to feel stressed about it and I remind her that it's a simple and fast task it's 10 minutes or less so there's a couple of different things I strategically covered in this one message. Because it overcomes any objections such as no I don't have time or I don't know what to say before she ever even feels like she has to have seeds of doubt or that she doesn't know what she's going to say her thinks that she doesn't have time to do this so I just made sure to think about what are the common objections that could come up and make sure that I address those in that specific message.
[14:25] Now I know you might be listening to this episode while you're driving or you could be doing laundry or cooking or multitasking in some other way, so I'm going to talk through everything but I also have a download where you can actually get all of this written in a PDF. So I'm going to go ahead and Link that in the show notes, and that's free you can just download it and have it available but keep listening don't feel stressed that you need to take notes or anything you'll be able to get all of that and I'll link the free download in the show notes for you.
[14:57] Okay so we just sent our first message and now the next message that you're going to say is this so you're going to say. Okay so all you have to do is text this message to 20-plus friends in 24 hours and then let me know when you're done. And if your friends RSVP using the link in my message I'll actually mail them a special swag bag of freebies to. Here's two messages to make your life super easy hey Jenna I'm hosting an online party with my friend Kelly next week. She's giving everyone who RSVPs a free swag bag in the mail no strings attached and I thought you might like some free goodies can I send over the details.
[15:36] And now of course in that message update it to make it relevant like change the person's name when I said I'm hosting a blah blah blah you can change it to whatever so you don't call your parties online parties like call it whatever you call it so just make sure you update this message so that's relevant for your parties. So now this next message you're going to start by giving instructions and then you're going to actually give her a script that she can copy and paste so you're going to say. Then ask them to join the group and RSVP here's what that message looks like okay so the whole thing is online in a Facebook group we'll play some party games she'll teach us some cool stuff about makeup or whatever product it is and all you have to do to get the swag bag is join this Facebook group and then you're going to insert your Facebook group link. And RSVP here so she knows where to send your swag bag and then here you're going to put your anchor card digital business card link will I see you there.
[16:36] So that's the entire really simple series of messages that you're going to send her and again I have all this in a PDF so you can copy and paste as well and you can also see exactly what I'm saying on paper just in case it's easier to read than it is to listen.
[16:52] But here's what that broke down to so we sent one message where we told her hey all you need to do is invite your friends this is my expectations. And then you sent three messages pretty much back-to-back because they all go together. And that first message was you basically setting expectations you told her okay I'm going to give you those scripts now all you have to do is send them. Then in the next one you said okay send this to them first and you told her the first script and then the net the last message you said all right now the next thing you're going to do is tell them to join the Facebook group and also RSVP and then in that message you included the script so that's what it broke down to its for text messages really short sweet and simple.
[17:39] Now at this point your host is is going to take those scripts and she's going to just copy and paste them right out to her friends so it's really really simple for her to do, she's going to be sending your anchor card digital business card link to all of her guests and asking them to fill out the RSVP form that's included in your anchor card, as a pre profiling for, now because she already has a relationship with her friends they're more likely to actually take action and fill out their form and pre profile themselves answer all those questions right online, versus if you were to cold call them or even cold text them and ask them to do it as a stranger. And when they RSVP when they pre profile themselves using your anchor card you can then access all of their responses in your anchor card dashboard.
[18:31] So you just log in and then you can see all of their information in one place no digging around no taking notes yourself no calling anybody it's all automatic. All in One dashboard that you can come back to over and over again any time. Now the great thing about this about having everything in one place all digitized all online in a place that you can access from your phone your computer home away wherever you are is that you can always go back to this and use that saved contact information for future follow-up.
[19:06] Even if a guest for some reason can't make it to the party you still have their contact information to follow up with them later and, potentially book a one-on-one consultation with them or you could potentially Even book their own party because they couldn't attend the first one that they were invited to so it's really important to have that contact information so that you can follow up. But also so that you have all of that pre profiling information all of those really valuable strategic questions saved, and all their answers saved so that you know exactly what types of products to show at their party because imagine this if you're in the beauty industry and you profile your guest and realize oh they're all into Glitz and Glam and fashion then you would show them makeup related products you would probably give him a cool tutorial but if your guests are 70 with Advanced signs of aging then it would make absolutely no sense to show the makeup they would never want to buy that you'd want to show them Advanced skincare Solutions or if you're in the health and fitness industry and you find out through pre profiling that all of your guests are women without a fitness routine then you might teach them how to get started on a healthy Journey.
[20:21] But if you find out through pre profiling that all of your guests are actually fitness Buffs who all hit the gym together 6 times a week then you're not going to show them a getting started routine you're going to show them a more advanced routine that they'll actually be excited about.
[20:36] Or even if you're in the essential oil industry and you find out through pre profiling that all your guests are really into natural medicine than you might show them ways to use essential oils in home remedies. But if you find out that your guests are interested in oils just because they smell good and they're actually kind of skeptical about natural medicine, then you're not going to show them home remedies with essential oils it just wouldn't make sense based on their interest and their needs, so instead you might talk about fun custom bent Blends based on the season you would appeal to what they're actually interested in. If you were to show the girls who are super into Glitz and Glam and they're in their 20s.
[21:21] Advanced skincare Solutions they're going to look at you like you have 10 heads and your sales are going to plummet you're going to leave without a single order and just the same if you show the guests who are women without a fitness routine who are just looking to get started Advanced routines that they have to do 6 times a week. You're going to leave without a single order because they're going to be stressed out and they're going to feel overwhelmed so you have to tailor your products and what you show based on who's in front of you based on who your audience is and pre profiling is how you do that. And now I talked about using the anchor card digital business card in the example that I just gave because it simplifies the whole process.
[22:05] Your anchor card digital business card is a mini website so you get to have a beautiful branded online presence that looks incredibly professional. That's completely unique to you and not the same website that everybody in your company uses provided by your company. In a crowded Market where everybody representing your company basically looks the same it allows you to actually stand out and it builds trust and credibility with your guests with your Hostess and with everybody that you interact with because it looks like your business is being taken seriously it looks like you're running a business that's not only worth, taking part in and buying from but potentially even joining when your customers see that your business looks legit they look at it and say okay maybe that could be for me as well. So using your anger card digital business card too. Profile your customers is not only great because it completely automates the process collects all their information online stores it in one place keeps everything organized. But it also levels up your brand image and it helps your customers take you more seriously which of course is never going to hurt you. Always going to be a help when it comes to increasing sales and building credibility and connecting with your audience now here's the thing.
[23:33] I just gave you a script so that you know exactly what to text to your hostess so that she can pre profile for you so you don't have to cold call anybody you don't have to do any awkward text messaging yourself you can lean on the relationship your host is already has with her friends so that you can, pre profile them a whole lot easier but here's the thing.
[23:58] It doesn't matter how awesome your script is if you're not asking strategic questions in your form I already said this at the beginning so let's go ahead and talk a little bit about your questions so each question should do one of three things. It should either tell you something about your guests product needs or preferences or a problem that they have, so that you can show them products they're more likely to buy so that you can show them products that solve their problem that are solution that they're looking for or to.
[24:30] It should give you contact information so that you can easily follow up with your guests after the party or three it should get your guest excited about actually attending the party. Right so we're either getting information about what they need, we're getting information so we can follow up with them or we're getting them excited about actually showing up and attending the party. And the key when you're deciding what questions to ask in your pre profiling form or what you also might. Called an RSVP form is to stick with these three categories and not add so many questions that your guest gives up halfway through the Forum. There's a balance and we don't want to overwhelm them so let's talk about what types of questions we can ask to gather the right information.
[25:20] So right off the bat make sure that you ask whose party she's attending so you can say something like who's your Hostess whose party are you attending something like that. That's an obvious one so I'm not going to spend too much time on it once you find out whose party she's attending, then you're going to get to know your customer you're going to learn about her problems what issues is she experiencing right now where does she need help where does she need. As it relates to your product and this can be broken down into even smaller categories. So you can ask them what they're doing right now to try and solve the problem and then what they would want to change about what they're currently doing. You want to know what their current situation looks like so that you know where they're coming from you want that.
[26:05] And then you also want to know what their pain points are what they want to change, so that you can present relevant products as a solution again this goes back to we've got our girls who are super interested in Glamour and then we have our women with. Advanced aging concerns you wouldn't show them the same product so we need to know what they're currently doing and then we need to know what their pain points are their problems what they want to change. So here are a couple of questions that you could potentially ask you don't have to include all of these. But these are just some ideas to sort of get the juices flowing and give you some ideas of where to get started so you could ask how would you describe your blank what do you wish you could change about your blank what has held you back from doing x y and z, what do you love about your blank what something that you've always wanted to try when it comes to blank or how often do you currently blank.
[27:01] So obviously when you're asking the question you are filling in the blank or not asking your customer to. So you're going to fill in the blank so that the question becomes relevant to your products and to your industry and for the most part you're making these open-ended questions you're not asking yes or no questions you're not saying choose from multiple choices you're leaving them open-ended because you really want to understand your customers true feelings rather than influence their Answers by giving them only a select number of choices no that's obviously not a rule there are no rules you guys so please feel free to provide options if there's something that that makes sense for for example if you're in the beauty industry you might say something like.
[27:45] How would you describe your skin and then you could give them the options of normal dry combination or oily. But you could also make that an open-ended question and just say how would you describe your skin and let them tell you what they think it is. With the second question they might give you more information that you wouldn't have gotten through a multiple choice question. But with the multiple choice question you'd get a more specific answer so just think about what kind of answer is going to give you the most information what's going to be most beneficial when you're deciding what to ask.
[28:20] Next we need to gather some contact information getting contact information is really really crucial this is what's going to actually allow you to follow up with your guests after the party and following up isn't just for guests that make a purchase, following up could mean asking them to book their own party, it could mean that you're asking for feedback from them about whether or not they had a good time or if there's anything they wish had been done differently at the party.
[28:45] It could mean that you're asking about sharing the business opportunity. It could mean that you're letting them know there's a special sale that's coming up you could be wishing them a happy birthday. There's so many different ways that you could follow up so of course you can reconnect with people who make a purchase to deliver their products to make sure they're doing all right with it, to see if they need a reorder but there's tons of other ways that you can also follow up with your guests so that you can maintain a relationship after, you've actually hosted your party and that's why it's so important to make sure that your pre profiling and getting that contact information right off the bat.
[29:26] The magic is really in the follow-through so make sure that you can easily get in touch so here's what I would recommend asking for so first you want to get their first name and their last name. You want to get their email address their phone number and then their mailing address and as a bonus you can ask for their birthday I personally really like asking for a birthday because then, you've got a couple of things one you know if they're old enough to actually attend your party most people don't have anyone attend their party that's under the age of 18 unless they're accompanied by an adult. You'll also know of course if they're old enough to join your team, so let's say you represent a wine company well you're probably not recruiting anyone to your team who's under the age of 21 so you don't want to waste their time or get their hopes up and you also don't want to spend that time following up with someone who just isn't a good fit for your team anyway, same thing if you're a company that just doesn't have anyone join until after the age of 18 it's important to know so that's one reason you might want a purse.
[30:31] The other reason you might want a birthday is so you can wish them a happy birthday so you can send them a birthday card or call or text and just say happy birthday which is a really great relationship Builder, maybe you can even send them a coupon not hopes that they'll come back and Shop with you again so birthdays a little bonus one that you could potentially ask.
[30:52] At this point while they're already filling out information in your pre profiling form or your RSVP form it's a really good idea to ask how they actually want you to contact them whether that's a phone call and email a text message, so that you can actually connect with them in the way that makes them feel most comfortable if they feel valued when they receive a personal phone call and they hear your voice then you're going to want to do that when you can, because that's going to be what builds the best relationship with that person. If they feel most comfortable when you send them a text message and they don't have to answer a phone call well then you're not going to want to call them you're going to want to text to them because that's what's going to put them in their comfort zone. And people like doing business with people that make them feel good that make them feel comfortable that respect their boundaries so asking how they want to be contacted. Is a really really good idea.
[31:48] And of course we're talking about increasing sales at parties so people don't buy when they feel uncomfortable so if you're texting someone that really hates texting and is totally uncomfortable with doing things in a way that isn't verbal without hearing a voice then that's probably going to turn them off they're not gonna want to. Buy from you and same thing if you're constantly calling someone who's like please just text me I don't have time for a phone call. Calling someone who doesn't want to be called is super awkward and it's definitely going to make them not want to buy from you so in the context of increasing sales like do what's going to make your customer feel good.
[32:29] And now the very last thing that you want to make sure that you include any time you're collecting contact information from somebody so whether your. Profiling someone. Or you're sharing a lead magnet anything like that make sure that you're asking if you have permission to actually mark it to that person, so not to get preachy but it's literally illegal to send marketing texts and emails without permission to do so so I want to make sure that you go ahead and use this as an opportunity to get written permission. So try asking a question like would you like me to let you know when our products are on sale or something new is available and then offer these options, so this is where multiple choice could come in you can give them a couple options yes please text me yes please email me, yes please text and email me or no thanks and then they can choose so they can let you know if they just want to text just an email if they're cool with both of them or if they are not interested at all.
[33:34] Don't let the idea of somebody saying no turn you off from asking permission. If someone says no they don't want to be contacted you want to know that because why would you want to spend your time contacting someone who just straight-up isn't interested. So don't be afraid to give them the option to completely.
[33:54] Is only going to work in your favor making sure that you have only the best people in front of you only real. Qualified leads who are excited to do business with you sitting in front of you. Okay now I said that was the last one but I have a bonus for you so the very last very last thing that you want to add to your pre profiling form. Is something that's going to get them excited something that's going to make them like lock into wanting to come to this party. So this is where you can add one or two questions that actually hint at something exciting about your party one great way to do this is to actually give every guest. Party a party favor.
[34:34] You could also call it a swag bag or come up with some other cutesy name for it and what you do is in your pre profiling form you asked what they would. Fur to have in their swag bag so I used the beauty industry as an example before so I'll use it again so you might say that. They get to choose what they want in their swag bag and then you give them multiple. Skin care makeup body care or fragrance or whatever you have on hand available for samples and little like mini products or something. If you're in the fitness industry which is an example we used earlier you could offer a couple options like. A sample of an energy drink or a protein shake or a hydration booster or a free class or something like that.
[35:21] The point is to tell them like if you come to the party you're gonna get this cool thing. Go ahead and pick what your cool thing is going to be right now this makes them feel more connected to the party more excited about showing up because they want to come get their cool thing and then once they're there they'll have a great time they'll spend time with their friends and hopefully they will make a purchase from you if not make a purchase from you stay connected and become a customer later on or a loyal supporter of your business. If you do go the route of giving something away for free then I just want to encourage you not to like, give away the house don't use full size products don't use expensive products use sample sizes use like mini products. If your company doesn't offer any samples or many products something like that you can go ahead and do inexpensive sweet little gift so you might do something that you find in that cute little section at the beginning of Target where they have like all the five dollar and under items that are you know seasonal and totally adorable you could do something from there and you could package it up with like a little cellophane bag in a bow and like make it look really nice and, thought that counts it's just to get them excited about going committed to going, and looking forward to it as really it we want them looking forward to attending this party.
[36:45] So those are the questions or the types of questions that you want to include in your pre profiling form you want to be strategic with your questions remember the point of doing this pre profiling of having your Hostess get all of her guests to fill out this form. Is to get really specific information so that you know more about your guests that are going to be attending the party so that you can intern show the products that are most relevant to the people who are in front of you, the more relevant the products are that you show the more likely people are to make a purchase and those purchases will have a higher order value. Those purchases will have a higher dollar amount. If you're showing the people that are in front of you products that they genuinely care about that genuinely solve a problem. This also makes selling a lot easier it's really hard to sell someone something that they really don't need that you have to convince them to care about. But if you find out what problems your customer has. And then you provide solutions for that problem you're doing them a service you're really giving them something that can better their life that can make them happier. That can do something positive for them and it's a lot easier to sell something that someone actually wants then it is to try and convince someone to buy something that just like is totally not a good.
[38:10] Pre profiling is the strategy that allows you to do that so to recap everything that we talked about. First we talked about some scripts that you can use to contact your Hostess and to help them ask their friends their guests, to pre profile themselves so that you don't have. Call you don't have to cold text message but you can still get all of that really important information from the people who are going to be attending your parties. And then we talked about what questions to actually ask in your pre profiling form so when your host is reaches out to her friends and says hey can you fill out this form for me when you fill it out you're going to get a cool swag bag so go tell her what you want in your swag bag at this form.
[38:55] Now you know what questions to actually ask in that form how to be super strategic about what you're actually getting for information from your guests. And as we were going through we talked about a tool that you can use that makes pre profiling significantly easier that helps you look more professional that helps automate some of this process so that you don't have to spend as much time. Getting all this done you can take that time back for yourself and actually go use it in other places in your business and that's the anchor card digital business card. But not only does the anchor card digital business card make it really really easy.
[39:33] Pre profile your party guests without having to cold call but it also gives you a super effective way to generate leads without asking friends or family or asking for referrals it also allows your customers to actually book their own party's right online and it makes you look incredibly professional which boosts your credibility, and it also includes an entire page dedicated to marketing your business opportunity.
